OUR STORY
a street light reflected off something in his back pocket, catching my eye. “Did you see that, Father ?” I asked him.  “No,” he answered. “We must be going, this is no place for you.”
Mother met us at the door when we arrived home. “Well, was it everything the paper said it would be ?” she asked. We looked at each other. “Yes, Mother, and more !!” We answered. “Let’s go inside and we can tell you all about it. Or, better yet, our 
little brave … umm, our brave girl can,” my father said, as he winked at me. “Right, Boo ?” In the newspaper the next day, well, let’s just say that they were not very kind to Claude.  You could tell that it bothered Father, but he never spoke of it. We never heard from Claude again. To this day, no one really knows what happened to Claude Philippe. He was never heard from or seen again, since that fateful night. As for Victor
